• We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan

• International shipping is not available at this time (unless stated otherwise)

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

• Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan

• Please ensure the correct address and active phone number to avoid delivery issues

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email

• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be cancelled or returned

• Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer

• Delays caused by courier services are beyond our direct control

8. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of the package and product for quick assistance
